MARS lease vote
In a surprising twist, Chris Wilkinson and Daniel Taylor have asked Euan Reid and the Tech Support Team to halt development on MARS, Phoenix's planned posting system. Instead, they wish to develop it themselves. The options would be a free licence for general use or paying a lease fee for full control of the code.
